Gregory James

Gregory James is Executive Chef at Four Seasons Resort Scottsdale at Troon North in Scottsdale, Arizona, where he oversees the resort’s food and beverage program, including Proof and other dining operations. Four Seasons describes his cooking as guided by “people, place and purpose,” and notes that he discovered his love for cooking at age 15 in a professional kitchen. The resort says James brings more than 30 years of culinary and hospitality leadership, and his first Four Seasons assignment began in 2025.
