The Path
Training in enology at School of Enology Domingo Faustino Sarmiento set the technical base for Gustavo Daroni’s early posts at Casa Vinícola Antonio Pulenta, Graffigna, and Bodegas Peñaflor. Those roles moved from employee to temporary worker and back to employee, before Daroni’s work settled into the long post he has held at Bodegas Callia since 2003.
The Work Today
