Gwyn Olsen

Gwyn Olsen is Senior Winemaker at Henschke. After studying science and biochemistry, she completed postgraduate oenology in 2005 and worked vintages in the Languedoc, Saint-Émilion, and Burgundy before roles with Villa Maria and McWilliams. She later held chief and head winemaker positions and was named Young Winemaker of the Year in 2017. Olsen joined Henschke before the 2023 vintage and now helps lead the cellar team across the family's Eden Valley, Barossa, and Adelaide Hills wines.
