Prue Henschke

Prue Henschke is the viticulturist and co-custodian of Henschke's vineyards in South Australia. A botanist and viticulturist, she oversees 109 hectares of vineyards as well as native trees and bushland across the family's properties. Henschke credits her with pioneering improvements in trellising and soil management and with advancing organic and biodynamic practices throughout the estate. Her work links vine health, biodiversity, water and soil stewardship, and the preservation of old-vine sites including Hill of Grace; she was an inaugural inductee into James Halliday's Hall of Fame.
