Lionel Aznar is the Chef de culture (Head of Winegrowing / Vineyard Manager) at Château Giscours, a Third Growth estate in the Margaux appellation of Bordeaux, France. He joined the property in November 2002 as Cellar Master (maître de chai) before transitioning in 2008 to oversee viticultural strategy, soil management, and vineyard practices across Margaux and Haut-Médoc plots.
