Hugo Gallou

Hugo Gallou is the co-founder of The Cambridge Public House in Paris, which he opened in 2019 with Hyacinthe Lescoët. The bar is described as a British pub-inspired cocktail venue in the Marais, and in 2024 Gallou and Lescoët also acquired Little Red Door in Paris. A 2024 World's 50 Best Bars feature says Gallou and Lescoët had lived and worked in London before opening The Cambridge Public House in Paris.
