Hugo Gallou

Hugo Gallou is a French hospitality entrepreneur and co-founder and co-owner of The Cambridge Public House. He and Hyacinthe Lescoët lived and worked in London before opening their Paris pub in 2019. Gallou brought hotel-management and operating experience to the business and later drove much of its data-led sustainability work, helping The Cambridge become the first bar to receive B Corp certification before the pair acquired Little Red Door in 2024.
