Iain Griffiths

Iain Griffiths is a bartender and co-founder/owner of Bar Snack in the East Village, New York City, which opened in November 2024. Bar Snack’s official site describes him as the venue’s helmsman, while press coverage places him alongside Oliver Cleary as one of the founders behind the bar. Prior to Bar Snack, Griffiths was associated with the Mr Lyan family of bars and has been described as a third-generation bartender with roots in Edinburgh and London.
