Oliver Cleary is a Dublin-born New York bar owner and co-owner of Bar Snack in the East Village. He moved to New York in 2010, progressed from bartender to general manager at Lucky Jack's and operated Brooklyn venues Minnows and Common Mollies before partnering with Iain Griffiths on Bar Snack in 2024. North America's 50 Best Bars describes Cleary and Griffiths as the pair at the helm of the neighbourhood cocktail bar.
