Jacob, a Bay Area native, began his San Francisco hospitality career at Knox Cafe in the Dogpatch. After gaining experience across various roles, he played a key role in opening Rusted Mule, helping transform it into a local favorite. He advanced his skills at Aventine, managing bar operations, and later helped open and served as Restaurant Manager at Hazie’s. about the industry, Jacob finds the creativity behind the bar - crafting unique and spontaneous drinks. At Equal Parts, Jacob will oversee restaurant operations and bar operations to ensure a customer dining experience. He aims to curate a unique and differentiated experience for the local community and tourists alike!
