i. Biography
Victor Pichardo is a San Francisco hospitality veteran and co-owner of Equal Parts in North Beach, where he is also identified as Beverage Director / GM Restaurant & Bar Operations. He has said the project is his first solo restaurant venture and that it was inspired by the history of the Old Spaghetti Factory building at 478 Green Street in North Beach. In coverage of Equal Parts, he is having previously worked at Hazie’s and Brixton, and as having built the cocktail program around agave spirits, housemade infusions, and seasonal ingredients.
