i. Biography
Ju Jaemin is the sommelier at SAN in Seoul. him is the winner of Korea Sommelier of the Year 2023 and an Advanced Sommelier certified by the Court of Master Sommeliers, with the Gold Diploma of the Association de la Sommellerie Internationale; the restaurant also says he previously served as head sommelier at Jungsik in Seoul for eight years. A 2026 profile on SAN’s wine pairing likewise credits Ju Jaemin with leading the restaurant’s wine pairing program.
