Jean-Baptiste Meusnier is the founder and chef of Kodawari Ramen in Paris, where he opened Kodawari Ramen in 2016 and later expanded the concept to Kodawari Ramen Tsukiji. He is the brand’s ambassador for ramen, and report that his earlier career included 16 years as a fighter pilot and commercial pilot before he entered the restaurant business.
