Jean-François Hébrard is a French winemaker and oenologist associated with Quinta de la Quietud in Toro, Spain, where he is the winery’s technical director and winemaker. Reputable trade and retail sources place him at the estate from around 2000–2001 and credit him with leading the winery’s organic approach and maintaining its production style over multiple decades.
