i. Biography
Jean-François Neyroud-Fonjallaz is a Vaud winemaker and vigneron-encaveur based in Chardonne, in Lavaux, where his family’s Domaine Neyroud-Fonjallaz operates on 7.4 hectares overlooking Lake Geneva and the Alps. He is associated with Chasselas production, including back-to-back Grand Prix du Vin Suisse category wins, and was handing the estate’s future to his sons Basile and Jonas.
