Jean-Marc Boillot is a French vigneron and founder of Domaine Jean-Marc Boillot in Pommard, Burgundy. After working thirteen vintages at his family's domaine and serving as the first head winemaker for Olivier Leflaive between 1984 and 1988, he established his own estate combining vineyard inheritances from Pommard, Volnay, and Puligny-Montrachet. His domaine is celebrated for producing benchmark expressions of both Côte de Beaune Pinot Noir and Premier Cru Chardonnay.
