Jean-Marc de Crozals

Jean-Marc de Crozals is the vigneron and winemaker at Domaine des Homs in Rieux-Minervois, in the Minervois appellation of Languedoc, where he and Anne de Crozals manage a family estate that has been in the de Crozals family for three generations. He is hands-on in both the vineyard and cellar, and he began converting the estate to organic farming in 2000, with certified organic agriculture in place by 2006.
