Jeff Strekas is a Paso Robles winemaker associated with LXV Wine and ONX Wines. LXV’s official site identifies him as Winemaker and says he brings experience from Napa Valley estates including Merryvale, Franciscan, and Round Pond, as well as a harvest at Australia’s Mollydooker, after studying viticulture and enology at UC Davis. ONX sources identify him as a longtime member of the team who worked there from 2012 and later served as Director of Operations and Winegrowing; a 2026 trade report says House of Mittal formally appointed him winemaker across its luxury portfolio, including LXV Wine.
