Jeff Strekas is a Paso Robles winemaker associated with LXV Wine and ONX Wines. LXV’s official site identifies him as Winemaker and says he brings experience from Napa Valley estates including Merryvale, Franciscan, and Round Pond, as well as a harvest at Australia’s Mollydooker, after studying viticulture and enology at UC Davis.
