Jenn Castaneda-Jones

Jenn Castaneda-Jones is an American chef based in Washington, D.C. trained at the Louisiana Culinary Institute. She spent over seven years rising through the ranks at Robert Wiedmaier's fine-dining landmark Marcel's to become Chef de Cuisine and Executive Chef. Following a 2024 RAMW Rising Culinary Star nomination, she became Executive Chef at Apéro and La Bohème, and Co-Executive Chef at Ellizabetta | La Strega.
