Jerrod Zifchak is the executive chef of Navy Blue in Houston’s Rice Village and was previously promoted to executive chef of Café Boulud New York after serving as executive sous chef there. Public coverage also places him on the Café Boulud team from 2015 onward, and notes prior kitchen experience at Le Bernardin.
