i. Biography
Jesse Vida is the co-founder and operating partner of Cat Bite Club in Singapore, a speakeasy-style bar on Duxton Hill dedicated to agave and rice spirits. He opened the bar with Gabriel Lowe in June 2023 after launching their bartending careers together in San Francisco in 2007. Prior to Cat Bite Club, Vida was the head bartender at ATLAS in Singapore.
