i. Biography
Jesús Camacho is the chef leading Donaire in Costa Adeje, Tenerife, where the restaurant says he applies haute pâtisserie techniques to savory cuisine and that his work transformed the restaurant’s concept. He began there as head pastry chef in 2017 and later assumed full culinary direction in 2023. He began in pastry at El Patio, the first Michelin-starred restaurant in the Canary Islands, and later trained with leading pastry figures including Frédéric Bau, Jordi Butrón, and Oriol Balaguer.
