i. Biography
Jozef Onderka is a Czech hospitality entrepreneur and operator managing prominent cultural and gastronomic venues in Prague. Alongside his mother Petra Onderková, he took over and revitalized the historic Café Slavia in 2021, shifting its focus toward local cultural heritage and salon traditions. He is also the owner and developer of the SmetanaQ cultural and dining house, and in 2024 launched Bar Forbína, a theatrical cocktail bar situated opposite Prague's National Theatre.
