Jérôme Poisson is the estate manager at Château Giscours in Margaux. Jérôme is part of the people of Giscours and on recent technical sheets as the estate manager. A 2021 profile in Terre de Vins says he joined Château Giscours in December 2020 as régisseur, succeeding Lorenzo Pasquini, and that he had previously trained as an agricultural engineer and oenologist. Official and trade sources also connect him to AJ Domaines, including Château Giscours and Caiarossa in Tuscany, where he works alongside Alexander van Beek.
