Julian Schwamberger

Julian Schwamberger is Director of Culinary at Rosewood Schloss Fuschl in Hof bei Salzburg, a role he has held since 2023 and in which he leads the property’s dining program. Rosewood’s official bio says his career began at Old Heidelberg in Connecticut and later included work at Atlantis The Palm in Dubai under Santi Santamaria, followed by senior kitchen roles at the historic Schloss Fuschl and, from 2018 to 2023, at Boutique Hotel Aichinger at Nussdorf am Attersee. Gault&Millau describes his return to Schloss Fuschl as a “comeback,” noting he had previously worked there as Küchenchef and that he now serves as Küchendirektor for the reopened Rosewood property.
