It is a discipline of vigilance, consistency, and maintenance, with each part of the process kept under close watch. Her view of the wider trade is equally direct. “I think it's very important to have a cooperative winery in an appellation,” she has said, placing her work within a shared framework of growers and neighbors where collective structures help shape the character of an appellation.

The 2023 Sancerre Blanc is noted for limestone-driven richness, a crisp texture, and a nervy, lip-smacking finish, while the 2020 Sancerre Rouge is described as an elegant, pretty Pinot Noir with silky delicacy, violet, cranberry and raspberry fruit, and a fresh, fine, chalky finish.
