Jérôme Bonnet is the chef and owner of Le Radis Beurre, a bistrot gastronomique on boulevard Garibaldi in Paris’s 15th arrondissement. He is previously worked with Bernard Loiseau, Christian Le Squer, and the Pourcel brothers.
