K Dong is co-owner of Miku Sushi at 68 Greenwich Avenue in Greenwich, Connecticut. Greenwich Free Press named him as an owner of the 2019 Greenwich Avenue restaurant, and Greenwich Sentinel later described him as operating the restaurant with chef and co-owner Steven Chen.
