Steven Chen is chef and co-owner of Miku Sushi at 68 Greenwich Avenue in Greenwich, Connecticut. Greenwich Free Press named him and K Dong as the owners when the Greenwich Avenue lease was signed in 2019, and later Greenwich Sentinel and Westfair Communications coverage continues to identify him as chef and co-owner.
