Keith Motsi is the Head Bartender and Beverage Operations lead at Virtù at Four Seasons Hotel Tokyo at Otemachi, where he oversees the hotel’s beverage program. He previously served as Head Bartender at Charles H., the speakeasy at Four Seasons Hotel Seoul, and was appointed to the Tokyo role in 2022 after a period of acclaim in Seoul.
