Odd Strandbakken is the head bartender at Charles H. inside Four Seasons Hotel Seoul, where he oversees the bar program and cocktail development. The Four Seasons says he is a native Norwegian who began making mocktails at age nine, started bartending in the Arctic Circle, and has since worked in 42 countries at top bars while focusing on minimal, house-made, locally sourced drinks.
