Alyssa Heidt

Alyssa Heidt is the Beverage Creative Director at Four Seasons Hotel Seoul, where she helps develop cocktails, welcome drinks, and other beverage programs across the property, including Charles H. Four Seasons says her beverage career began in Chicago at The Violet Hour, after which she worked across cities including Taipei and Oslo and contributed bar work at Michelin-starred restaurants such as Alinea, Next, The Aviary, and The Office. She was also twice nominated for Norway’s top bartender recognition, and her venue Marlow was nominated for The Bartender’s Choice Awards’ best new opening in Norway.
