Kenji Sarco Higa is a Nikkei chef associated with Kuuru in Saudi Arabia, where he has been described as Corporate Itamae Chef and head itamae. Public reporting also says he is part of the team behind Kuuru’s expansion and that he was professionally formed at Osaka, the flagship restaurant of MCK, before moving into his Kuuru role.
