At the Harajuku counter, the Steak Slab Burger shows how that control works in practice. A ground patty is set against a cut of steak instead of leaning on mince alone, which gives the dish a clear structural idea: texture against texture, bite against bite, with each component kept legible. Kentaro's signature dishes include Steak Slab Burger, Wagyu Burger, Teriyaki Pork Burger with egg, and HENRY'S MONSTER. Each one lands in a different register: Wagyu Burger leans on richness, Teriyaki Pork Burger with egg pulls sweet and savoury into the same frame, and HENRY'S MONSTER carries a heavier, more forceful name. Taken together, they show a menu built on confidence, where comfort, heft, and a little excess can sit in the same line-up without clashing.
