Kevin Gómez Maldonado is a Tijuana-based hospitality operator and co-founder of Aruba Day Drink, a daytime cocktail bar in Tijuana’s Zona Este. Coverage in Food & Wine Español says he founded the bar in 2021 after several years working behind the bars of other Tijuana venues. He also owns Pichinos Coffee & Crew. He is a local mixologist and co-owner/head bartender at Aruba Day Drink Bar.
