Kwon Woo-joong is the chef-owner of Kwonsooksoo in Seoul, a modern Korean fine-dining restaurant that the MICHELIN Guide describes as serving authentic Korean flavors with contemporary technique. He is leading Kwonsooksoo, where the restaurant has held two Michelin stars in Seoul coverage.
