Lee Jia Wei

Lee Jia Wei is the executive chef of La Bourriche 133 in Shanghai, where he leads a modern seafood program that blends French technique, open-fire cooking, and Asian sensibilities. He previously worked in Michelin-starred restaurants in Singapore, London, and the Maldives before moving to Shanghai in 2018, and he has been recognized on the Tatler Gen.T list (2023) and Forbes China Top 30 Chefs (2023). The restaurant entered Asia’s 50 Best Restaurants and was identified coverage as a partnership between Lee and restaurateur Shen Jialin.
