i. Biography
Lena Singer-Fischer is a Rheinhessen-based German winemaker and founder of the sparkling-wine label Lena macht Sekt. She grew up in her family’s Sekt cellar in Groß-Winternheim and began working in the family business in 2020; her own label was established by 2023. She studied winegrowing in Neustadt an der Weinstraße and has focused on traditional-method sparkling wines from Ingelheim/Rheinhessen.
