Since 2015, Lorenz Haas-Allram has held both the cellar and the business side of Weingut Allram. The role is less about title than about keeping the estate’s inherited standards legible in daily work. Under his direction, the house identity stays tied to the family name, with refinement happening through repetition, consistency, and close control rather than display.

Today

Quality is the stated center of the work: Lorenz Haas-Allram describes it as the most important attribute of winemaking. That priority is matched by a second aim—organic wines with longevity that “inspire with their lightest touch.” The harvest follows the same rule of restraint, with fruit gathered exclusively by hand. The result is a method built around measured handling and precision at each step.

Signature

Lorenz's signature wines include Grüner Veltliner Ried GAISBERG 1ÖTW 2024, Riesling STRASS 2025, and Greener Veltliener STRASS 2025. Together, these names sketch the range of his work and the estate’s focus, moving between precision, freshness, and the particular character associated with each bottling.
