Luc Filoé is a French chef known for his terroir-driven Burgundian cuisine. He served as the Executive Chef of Le Montrachet in Puligny-Montrachet, where he. He subsequently became the Chef de Cuisine at Brasserie Le Terminus at the Hôtel Saint-Georges & Spa in Chalon-sur-Saône.
