Manja Stankovic leads the beverage program at Mimi Kakushi in Dubai, where the bar program has been credited with helping the venue reach No. 36 on The World’s 50 Best Bars 2025 and with earning repeated recognition as the Best Bar in the Middle East and Africa. Stankovic is the bar or beverage manager/director behind signature cocktail work such as the Kori Kakushi Martini and the venue’s narrative-driven drinks presentation.
