Marc-Antoine Gélinas is a co-owner and front-of-house manager at Mon Lapin in Montreal. He joined the ownership group with Jessica Noël and Alex Landry when the restaurant expanded and relaunched after the 2020 shutdown, bringing dining-room leadership into the five-person partnership.
