    Vanya Filipovic is co-owner and wine director of Mon Lapin in Montreal. She launched the wine bar with chef Marc-Olivier Frappier, bought out the original Joe Beef partners with him in 2019 and now leads its low-intervention wine program with co-sommelier Alex Landry.
