i. Biography
Jessica Noël is a co-owner and co-chef of Mon Lapin in Montreal, where she has been part of the project since its launch in 2018. She is also associated with the opening of Rôtisserie La Lune in December 2024, where her cooking is described as focused on simplicity and essentials. Mon Lapin has been recognized as one of Canada’s top restaurants, including winning Canada’s Best Restaurant title and ranking again in later years.
