Jessica Noël is a co-owner and co-chef at Mon Lapin in Montreal. A founding chef of the restaurant, she shares the kitchen with Marc-Olivier Frappier and joined the ownership group when Mon Lapin relaunched as an independent, expanded restaurant after the 2020 shutdown.
