Marc Meya is a French chef and co-owner of Manat, a Franco-Japanese bistronomy restaurant in Perpignan opened in September 2022 alongside his partner Yuka Okugawa. He previously worked at Aux Deux Amis in Paris and Sans Déconner in Tokyo.
