Marcel Görke is the chef and owner of Heimatjuwel in Hamburg’s Eimsbüttel district, where he opened his own restaurant in spring 2016. Heimatjuwel is a Michelin-starred, restaurant at Stellinger Weg 47, and current venue information confirms the restaurant remains at that address in Hamburg.
