Marco Calenzo

Marco Calenzo is the Florentine executive chef of Lido Restaurant at The Surf Club in Surfside. He arrived at the hotel in summer 2023 after working in Michelin-starred and internationally recognized restaurants across China, England, Japan and Hawaii. Four Seasons describes his cooking as Mediterranean and Italian with Japanese influence and reports that Gambero Rosso named him its 2024 Chef of the Year.
