Marco Calenzo is the Executive Chef of Lido Restaurant at The Surf Club, the Four Seasons property in Surfside, Florida, where he arrived in summer 2023 and has since been credited with advancing the restaurant’s Italian-focused menu. He is described in official Four Seasons materials as Florentine and has been recognized by Gambero Rosso as Chef of the Year for the restaurant’s Italian guide coverage.
