Marguita Kracht is a seventh-generation member of the Baur au Lac owner-family in Zurich and has been involved in the hotel’s management and strategic direction since 2021. Coverage around the 2024 launch of the Baur au Lac restaurant Marguita describes her as part of the hotel’s leadership alongside her father Andrea Kracht, and notes that she studied business administration in Boston and completed Cornell University’s General Manager Program.
