i. Biography
Mark Guillaudeu is a sommelier and beverage professional who worked at Commis in Oakland, where he managed the wine and cocktail programs for five years and helped build a food-friendly list for the restaurant’s Southeast Asian–influenced cuisine. He later became one of Food & Wine’s Best New Sommeliers in 2019, won Best Sommelier USA in 2022, and earned his Master Sommelier diploma in 2023.
