Since 1992, Martin Foradori Hofstätter has held J. Hofstätter through a period of change, serving as both custodian and driver of it. As owner of J. Hofstätter through a continual balancing act between tradition and innovation.” That balance is the governing line in the career: hold the inherited frame, keep it active, and do not treat history as fixed. Under his direction, J.
