Maxime Hoerth is a French bartender and co-founder of Bar Pompette in Toronto’s Little Italy. He previously managed the bar at Hôtel Le Bristol in Paris and won the Meilleur Ouvrier de France Barman title in 2011, reportedly the first bartender to receive the honor. He is part of the ownership team behind Pompette and its offshoot Bar Pompette on College Street.
